RETURN & REFUND POLICY We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. 7-Day Performance Guarantee Our products are designed to be experienced — not just inspected. To be eligible for a return, the product must have been used as directed for at least 1–7 days. If you do not notice a clear improvement within the first 7 days of use, you are eligible for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before returning any item at info@toa-corp.co.jp. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care/hygiene items. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
