*The theory behind the Dynamic Ionizer(DI) is based on active ion utilization.
*Air and Liquid fuel is normally existing as large cluster of molecules, such as O2 and CH4, they are in a very stable and inactive states. But once DI energy is applied to clustere molecules, they are going to break into limited smaller units as an excited state. This allows them to easily making reaction with each other.
*In the case of fuel combustion, single O2 and CH4 molecules can react hypersonic and boost-up combustion speed = lean burnt
